Thanks to our broad expertise, Amerplastics offers the possibility to engineer complete plastic piping systems in-house. Based on layout drawings, the pipes are drawn out in detail by our draftsmen and\/or work planners before being prefabricated by our plastic specialists in the workshop. Amerplastics pipe fitters and installation engineers have been fitting new pipes on site for more than 50 years. For more complex, turnkey projects, we have our own project management that guarantees monitoring of execution in accordance with applicable specifications, work safety, and respect for the execution schedule and agreements with the client.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n\n

Amerplastics has the experience, knowledge, and contacts to design, calculate, and possibly visualise any plastic piping system in detail. We and our partners use modern and up-to-date software to perform e.g. flow calculations (Fluidflow), surge and water hammer calculations, stress analyses for above-ground and underground piping systems with Caesar II and ground load calculations according to AWWA.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

To optimise your plastic pipe projects, we can supply all individual components as plastic pipe pools based on approved drawings. This working method reduces the number of joints to be manufactured on site and significantly shortens the assembly lead time.<\/p>\n
