Per hour, 4,500 m\u00b3 of water flows into this production facility, which is the client&#8217;s largest Polyol plant worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A total of 160 tonnes of primary &#8216;pipe shoes&#8217; and secondary steel structures were designed, prefabricated, and installed. Amerplastics&#8217; installation crews worked safely for 40,000 hours. Our project management attended around 450 construction meetings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The project was divided into six sub-projects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1681:<\/strong>OSBL 36&#8243; (part 1) cooling water pipe<\/li>\n<li><strong>1681A: <\/strong>ISBL connection during shutdown<\/li>\n<li><strong>1681B: <\/strong>ISBL shutdown and connection to E-735<\/li>\n<li><strong>1681C: <\/strong>OSBL 36&#8243; (part 2) and 20&#8243; pipe to Biox outlet<\/li>\n<li><strong>1681D: <\/strong>OSBL 30&#8243; inlet pipes at jetty area<\/li>\n<li><strong>1681E: <\/strong>ISBL 4&#8221;-20&#8221; Polyurethane plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n
