Turnkey

If the Syndus Group does acts as the turnkey contractor, it will, for example, be responsible for:

• Engineering
• Project management
• Delivery, prefabrication and installation of plastic piping systems
• Primary and secondary steel structures
• Civil engineering
• Accessory delivery and installation
• Insulation
• Rigging activities

Contractually responsible partner

This is usually realised in close partnership with the principal who makes his/her preference for any subcontractor known. The main advantage for the end client is also that there is one point of contact and therefore one contractually responsible partner for medium and large-sized projects.
