If required, you can enter into a service contract with Amerplastics. In this way, quick action can be taken because clear agreements on response times and working procedures are made in advance.

With our extensive experience and broad network, Amerplastics can also act as a turnkey contractor, if required, and can take care of, among other things:

• Engineering
• Project management
• Supply, prefabrication, and assembly of plastic piping systems
• Primary and secondary steel structures
• Civil engineering
• The supply and installation of fittings
• Insulation
• Rigging activities

Usually this is realised in close collaboration with the client. The great advantage for the client is that for medium- and large-scale projects, there is only one point of contact and therefore one contractually responsible partner.

Interventions & modifications

Interventions & modifications

Interventions (repairs) usually involve adaptation work on plastic piping systems with the understanding that the work is not planned in advance. The need for system repair is almost always immediate.

Our implementation managers will make an appointment in advance to identify the work on site and make concrete agreements regarding the work to be carried out.

Shutdowns

Shutdowns

As part of Syndus Group, Amerplastics is a suitable partner for executing projects during short-term plant shutdowns and we have the knowledge and facilities to take care of these projects entirely. Shutdowns will often involve a division of activities within Syndus Group namely:

• Plastic piping systems from Amerplastics
• Plastic walkways and structures from Fiberstruct
• Industrial steel structures by Ferris
• Power and air supplies and industrial equipment rental through Arentis

In these types of projects, a single responsible project manager is appointed by Syndus Group for the overall coordination of all necessary activities to be employed.

For malfunctions resulting in operational downtime, our customers can rely on a 24-hour emergency service that has the knowledge and materials to repair plastic piping systems in particular and put them back into service.
