Standard Bondstrand pipe diameters range from 25 to 1,000 mm (1 to 40 inches), with working pressures up to 100 bar. Larger diameters and higher pressure ratings are available on request. Bondstrand pipes are manufactured using a cross-winding method (54° winding angle). This production process, combined with high-grade resin and glass quality, results in unmatched product performance. Both inside and out, Bondstrand is designed to withstand the harshest chemical and mechanical loads. The system resists more than 300 aggressive chemicals and fluids and can operate at temperatures up to 121°C.
