Process and utility pipes offshore platform
DanTysk Offshore Transformer Platform
DanTysk Offshore Transformer Platform
For the DanTysk Offshore Transformer Platform, Amerplastics realised the process and utility piping systems using Bondstrand 2000M glass fibre reinforced epoxy (GRE) with Quick-Lock bonded joints.
On behalf of Hollandia, Amerplastics was commissioned to prepare workshop isometries, manufacture the GRE pipe spools, and carry out installation on the platform at Hollandia’s yard in Krimpen aan den IJssel.

The project
The project
The DanTysk offshore wind farm, located west of the island of Sylt and directly on the German-Danish border, is one of the first large-scale offshore wind farms built in the German North Sea. The completion of the DanTysk wind farm plays an important role in Germany’s energy transition, played by the two energy companies behind the project, Vattenfall and Stadtwerke München. With a total of 80 wind turbines, DanTysk can generate 288 MW of energy, enough to supply green power to around 400,000 households.
A consortium of Strukton Systems BV and Hollandia BV was awarded a turnkey contract to supply and install the 155/33 kV transformer platform.
